How to convert using the metric converting fence...
1. First you start out with what you are given in the problem
2. Secondly, decide what factor you are going to use in your first fence, and by factor i mean conversion; it will determine going from one thing to another
3. Third, when deciding where to put your factor that you are converting to, ALWAYS put the factor that you are cancelling out on the bottom of the fence
4. Lastly, you can repeat up to 3 or more times but make sure you end up with what you are asked for to find!
